| Long time no post. My heart is full today. My soldier is going to Iraq in February and I have been sad since I found out. He is everything to me and I am going to be praying every second of every day after he leaves that he comes home safe. I don't want to go a year without him. | whew, been busy for a while, everything is just kind of overwhelming. i'm not getting married next december, i am getting married next october 6th. ahhhh!!!! so much to do, like finding an apartment, planning the honeymoon, etc. we both decided to just go through the courts and get married, i didn't really want a big fancy wedding and neither does louis. wow. so much has happened in a year, it really is amazing. a year ago i was so lonely and hated myself because i couldn't get anyone to like me. now not only do i have more friends, i also have the guy of my dreams fallen in love with me! it's so overwhelming to think about, but it makes me really excited and i don't think i would go back and change any of it. it's funny because abbie's getting married in june, my friend andy and his fiance are getting married in july, and my friend marilyn and her fiance are getting married in august, i guess we're just getting caught up in all of it, but i know without a shadow of a doubt that i am with the right guy and i am certain that this is going to be the best decision of my life that i have ever made. | | |
